Spectacular World, LLC d/b/a Egypt Elite Tours

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all bookings and travel services provided by Spectacular World, LLC doing business as Egypt Elite Tours (“the Company,” “we,” or “us”).
By booking or participating in any tour, trip, or travel package with the Company, you (“the Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

1. Reservations and Payments

• A deposit or full payment (as specified at the time of booking) is required to secure a reservation.
• Final payment deadlines and accepted payment methods will be provided in your confirmation invoice.
• All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change prior to full payment due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, government fees, fuel surcharges, or taxes.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, written notice must be provided to the Company. Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

• 100% refund for cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date.
• 75% refund for cancellations made between 60 and 30 days prior to departure.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to departure.
• No refund for cancellations made 15 days or fewer before departure or for no-shows.

Note: Refunds are calculated on the total tour price, less any non-recoverable costs incurred by the Company (such as airline tickets, hotel deposits, or third-party service fees).

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, lost luggage, and personal liability.
Spectacular World, LLC / Egypt Elite Tours will not be responsible for any costs arising from illness, accidents, travel disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Health, Safety, and Conduct

• Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, fellow travelers, and local communities.
• All participants agree to follow directions and safety instructions provided by Egypt Elite Tours’ guides, crew, and staff at all times.
• The Company reserves the right to remove any traveler whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of local laws, without refund or compensation.

5. Compliance with Local Laws

All participants are required to abide by the laws and regulations of the countries and regions they visit.
Spectacular World, LLC / Egypt Elite Tours assumes no liability for legal consequences or penalties resulting from a traveler’s failure to comply with such laws.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in international travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, illness, theft, loss of property, natural disasters, or delays.
By booking, the Client acknowledges that they travel at their own risk and agrees that Spectacular World, LLC / Egypt Elite Tours, its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injury, damage, loss, delay, or expenses arising from any cause beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

7. Itinerary Changes and Force Majeure

The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or transportation arrangements when necessary due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions, political unrest, natural disasters, or operational issues beyond our control.
No refunds or compensation will be provided for changes resulting from such force majeure events.

8. Liability Waiver

By booking with Spectacular World, LLC d/b/a Egypt Elite Tours, the Client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers from any and all liability, claims, or expenses arising out of participation in the trip—except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Documentation and Entry Requirements

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents are valid and up to date, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and other entry requirements.
The Company shall not be held liable for denied boarding, entry, or other travel interruptions due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of a deposit or final balance constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
It is the Client’s responsibility to review all booking documents carefully and to ensure accuracy before confirming participation in any Egypt Elite Tours itinerary.
